Complaints/Feedback Module
A new section has been added.
Any current employee shall be able to submit feedback or lodge a complaint related to any department and/or an individual (employee).
Complaints & feedback shall be forwarded to Management for appropriate action and redressal. Confidentiality of feedback/complaints shall be ensured as per requirement.
Update
We now have Administration Department added into this system. All current Employees shall now be able to report issue or submit requests that are related this department.
